Mr. Weiser is currently training under Chuck Sullivan a First Generation Black Belt under SGM Parker and Co-Founder of the IKCA along with Steve Zalazowski Sr. My Distance Learning Instructor.

Mr. Weiser earned his 2nd Degree Black in Dragon Kenpo Karate, Purple Belt (currently) under the IKCA system. He is also a Certified Child Safety Instructor. Former Military Police and Deputy Sheriff for Shawnee County & Sedgwick County Where he obtained the rank of Sgt. He is a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Last 25+ Years and is IV Certified and Certified in Professional First Aid.

Some of His Law Enforcement Experience was in Executive Protection of Foregin Service Officers and Miss USA pagent contestants.
